        <abstract>
            Data from DNA metabarcoding of carrion flies from Los Amigos Biostation in Madre de Dios Peru. This is data from Rodgers et al. 2026. An efficient iDNA method for surveying rainforest mammals with carrion flies. Data provided is for sequences taxonomically identified with 2 different classifiers, scit-learn (within QIIME2) and BLAST, as well as a somewhat subjectively assigned "presumed species" informed by both taxonomic classifiers, and prior knowledge of the mammal community at Los Amigos.
