Geographic Coverage

Palirika mackenziei Lambkin was collected from Plevna Downs 63 km west of Eromanga,in south-western Queensland. Palirika culgoafloodplainensis Lambkin was collected from Culgoa Floodplains National Park on the Queensland/New South Wales Border, 134 km WSW Dirranbandi. Four male specimens of Larrpana bushblitzi Lambkin were hand netted from Karara Pastoral Lease in Western Australia, hill-topping on Forrest Lookout, 24.4km SE Boiada Camp, and on a nearby hilltop, 23.5km ESE Boiada Camp, 213 km ESE of Geraldton.

Taxonomic Coverage

Three new species of Australian beeflies belonging to the Order Diptera: Family Bombyliidae: Subfamily Anthracinae: Tribe Exoprosopini are described; Palirika mackenziei Lambkin, Palirika culgoafloodplainensis Lambkin, and Larrpana bushblitzi Lambkin.
