50 square meter transects (25 m long and 2 m wide) over rocky intertidal platforms.

Área de Estudo Intertidal biodiversity surveys along the coasts of Cascais, Sintra and Mafra (aprox.50km) performed every month.

Propósito In January 2022, the presence of 2 Liparis montagui was documented at its southernmost point along the west coast of Portugal. The specimens were identified through morphological observations and confirmed with genetic barcoding.
